Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization’s overall digital marketing strategy. Additionally, the candidate will have hands-on working experience using digital marketing tools. You will work and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of all digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be an entrepreneurial mindset self-starter with excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, startup, fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:
  • A degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing
Past Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years or above experience in digital marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure conversion A/B tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Work during the night shift in the US (Pacific Standard Time) hours
